Hello little one, it seems without all those distractions I can finally speak to you.
We were the first one. When the mountains and seas were new, we were old. We built great cities of stone with out strength and magics, and oversaw all. We were masters of everything in our domain. All was good, but we were alone.
We traveled to the farthest lands, up the highest mountains, across the fiercest deserts, and to the bottoms of the seas and we found nothing but ourselves. As the ages passed, we reached out to nature: ‘Why do the beasts of the land, sky, and water have such diversity while we alone build cities, use magics, and enjoy the splendor of the world?’
Nature was silent.
In the end we were gone, but you were left. The Mehir behind you, and the rest of the great circle, was our greatest achievement. And our greatest folly.
Step forward now, and place your hands on the altars to receive the gifts of our legacy.
